轉知華夏科技大學辦理「第十二期機電整合實務應用研習班」

一、	宗旨：本校為提升技專校院教師及高階機電人員的機電整合技術水準、促進機電整合技術教學績效及產業自動化技術能力，並輔導取得機電整合乙級技術士證照，每年辦理本研習班。

二、	報名資格：符合勞動部簡章規定乙級檢定報名資格者，詳如附件。

三、	研習日期：107年1月7日起至107年7月14日止，研習時數共計236節。

四、	報名期限：即日起至107年1月6日止。

五、	報名方式：聯絡窗口：蘇煒筑助理；電子信箱：chu7902@cc.hwh.edu.tw；電話：02-89415100#6111；傳真：02-29415730。

六、	報名費用：18,000元/人(含學費、實習材料費)；同單位2人參加9折優待；同單位3人(含)以上參加8折優待；曾參加本校勞工大學、新北市職訓中心課程或相關研討會累計10小時以上獲得研習證書者8折優待；具本校本科系畢業生身分者8折優待；本校在學學生身分者6折優待；學科已及格者7折優待；僅參加術科練習者5折優待。上述優惠僅限12月29日以前同時(集體)完成報名及繳費，並持有證明文件者。

七、	繳費方式：請匯款至合作金庫銀行永和分行(分行代號006)，帳號：0090-765-355400，戶名：華夏學校財團法人華夏科技大學，通訊欄請註明：報名「第十二期機電整合實務應用研習班」，或親至本校出納組繳費。
